NOTS are delighted to be partnering with Gorse Farm in Wexford to bring you a new, exclusive 4-day course in Mastering Year-Round Salad Production taking place on-site on Gorse Farm with trainers Janet Power and Jenny Watkins.
Join us for 4 intensive and hands-on in-person workshops focused on year-round salad production providing a comprehensive overview of the entire production process. By participating in all four sessions, attendees will have the unique opportunity to observe the seasonal variations within our system, gaining first-hand experience of how it adapts throughout the year.
- DATES: June 13th, August 15th, October 10th, and February 13th (all Fridays)
- TIMES: 10.00am to 4.30pm each session
- VENUE: Gorse Farm, Co Wexford
- COST: Just €175 when you sign up through NOTS (includes lunch on each day provided by the hosts)
- PARTICIPANTS: Strictly limited to just 15 (Sign up ASAP to confirm your place)
Please note – to qualify for the NOTS rate, you must be a) resident in Ireland; and b) employed in any sector (either full-time or part-time). If you are not currently in employment – please sign up directly through Gorse Farm.
Participants will leave with the practical knowledge and tools necessary to replicate the system we’ve refined over the past eight years. This hands-on training will take place on our farm, where the principles being taught are actively practiced, ensuring that participants not only learn the theory but also acquire the skills they need to implement it successfully in their own operations.
