Following on from the success of our Growing in Polytunnels course for the past few years, Klaus Laitenberger is back with a new online / in-person hybrid course based around new crops and opportunities in organic horticulture.
In this course, we will specialise in new crop opportunities by trailing a number of high-value crops (both known and unusual), and explore their potential for sale and possible processing methods.
The course will feature 10 brand new tutorial videos, with Video 1 being released on Tuesday January 31st. The course will also include two in-person farm visit sessions which will take place on the course host farm in Beltra, Co Sligo.

- Format: 10 Video Tutorials (Includes 2 In-Person Farm Visits)
