NOTS are thrilled to be partnering with Core College to provide funding toward their Living Food Instructor course beginning in November 2024. This is a 5-month hybrid course with 5 on-site sessions taking place in Abbeyleix, Co Laois.
The Living Food Instructor Course is a professional training course designed to teach students the principles of raw vegan nutrition. Upon completion of the programme, participants will be able to teach living food preparation classes of their own. The course will demonstrate a variety of dishes and recipes that students can use for this purpose. Online support will be available, and students will have access to the school’s online library. The course spans one semester.

The course is delivered online, and students will have a tutor for the online portion. There are five practical Fridays approximately once monthly and the course runs from November 2024 until March 2025. - Practical Dates:

- Cost: €1,260 when you sign up through NOTS. This is a massive reduction on the full course price of €1,800.
