NOTS are delighted to confirm a new field scale organic veg production course with Beechlawn Organic Farm – one of the leading organic vegetable enterprises in the country. Taking place on site at Beechlawn in Ballinasloe, Co Galway, this is a 4-day course spanning the growing season.
You will visit Beechlawn in March, May, July and September for a series of in-depth course days run by Padraig Fahy. Each session will focus on season-specific learning topics, and feature high-level instruction on field-scale organic vegetable production.
