Join organic market garden expert Jim Cronin for a series of in-depth, 1-day courses on individual crop families. Day 1 will be on alliums (onions, leeks and garlic) on Jim’s Farm in Co Clare on March 5th, 2025.

This year, we are hosting a number of specific crop days – each day is dedicated to a specific family. Day 1 is on Alliums. It is possible to come for a single day depending on your preference as we will go from seed to harvest for each crop family.

Day 1 will cover the Allium family (onions, leeks, garlic). We will cover:

• Seed sowing
• Spacings
• Varieties
• Muching
• Weed control
• Pests & diseases
• Financial returns
• All matters alliums!

The course will be held on Jim Cronin’s farm in Co Clare – we expect high demand so please sign up ASAP below.
