National Organic Training Skillnet are pleased to confirm an increased funding rate for the QQI / FETAC Level 5 Organic Market Gardening course taught by Jim Cronin starting in late January 2020.
The course is now open for booking with a 30{3adc6a1018460a6005a2385c2e21b7e2663bd93d2376baf481e02840920176ea} reduction in course fees – which brings the cost from €1,400 down to €980 for applicants who sign up through NOTS.
The Organic Market Gardening course is a highly popular programme which takes place every second Wednesday beginning from January 29th, 2020, and ending on September 23rd. The course is taught by legendary horticulturalist Jim Cronin in Co Clare, and places are expected to sell out quickly. This FETAC Level 5 course will equip participants with the knowledge and work methods of how to set up, cultivate and finance a plot, polytunnel, or field for supplying a farmer’s market, restaurant or a box scheme with vegetables and herbs throughout the year.
The course follows the growing season, and is open to complete beginners as well as more experienced gardeners.
