Learn how to build, maintain, and repair dry stone walls at our Dry Stone Wall 2-day course on March 4th and 5th in Cooryleary, near Bantry, Co Cork.

This is a 2-Day practical course held in conjunction with the DSWAI. Participants can choose to attend one or both days.

• Dates: Saturday March 4th & Sunday March 5th – 9.30am – 4.30pm both days.

Course Content:

• • Learn the basic skills of dry stone walling.
  • Promoting an awareness of the craft of dry stone building in Ireland.
  • Hands on training oh how to maintain and repair your walls.
  • The benefits of walls on the farm.
  • Information on grants for walls.
  • Dry stonewall built on a radius free Hand
• Included: Lunches will be provided for participants on both days. Teas & Coffees provided. Secure off street parking
• Please note: Bring winter clothes and rain gear. ESSENTIAL TO WEAR SAFETY BOOTS. Safety gloves will be provided.
