Learn how to build, maintain, and repair dry stone walls at our Dry Stone Wall 2-day course on August 13th & 14th in Loughan, County Westmeath.
This is a 2-Day practical course held in conjunction with the DSWAI. Participants can choose to attend one or both days.
- Dates: Saturday August 13th & Sunday August 14th – 9.30am – 4.30pm both days.
- Cost: €75 per day for eligible NOTS Members. Please note – Saturday tickets are sold out – Sunday only tickets still available.

- Learn the basic skills of dry stone walling.
- Promoting an awareness of the craft of dry stone building in Ireland.
- Hands on training oh how to maintain and repair your walls.
- The benefits of walls on the farm.
- Information on grants for walls.
- Dry stonewall built on a radius free Hand.
- Included: Lunches will be provided for participants on both days. Teas & Coffees provided. Secure off street parking
- Please note: Bring winter clothes and rain gear. ESSENTIAL TO WEAR SAFETY BOOTS. Safety gloves will be provided.
