NOTS in conjunction with Business of Food are running a 3 day “Business of Staying in The Restaurant Business Course”. Being an entrepreneur can be a lonely business and it is good to talk with others who are in the same position.

We spend three days in a very supportive environment where you can work through challenges, generate new ideas and learn that we are all in the same entrepreneurial boat. The course is highly interactive and practical.

This course is suitable for Business Owners who would like to step back, step out and take a look at how their business is working for them. You will go away with a practical plan on how to improve efficiencies and increase revenues.

Course Content:

  • Learning practices which relieve and manage stress.
  • Step back and have a forensic view of how the business is doing
  • Analyse the business from back to front, and inside out
  • Draw up a plan for where it should go
  • Begin at the ordering point and analyse all the way through to service
  • Identify any gaps in management, cost control, waste management, service gaps, staff training needs, food quality and delivery and fix those gaps
  • Look at trends, new ideas, upgrading on a shoestring and innovative ways to keep the business fresh
  • Pre-course work will be part of the process
  • Gathering up all the information needed to do a full review of the businesses
