Organic Combinable Crop Agronomy – with Tom Fouhy (SOLD OUT)

Please note: This course is now full / sold out. However, we are also running a concurrent “Organic Legumes & Cash Crops” course with Tom Fouhy. For more on that course, click HERE.

Learn the intricacies of organic crop agronomy with one of Ireland’s most respected organic cereal farmers – Thomas Fouhy. Across 6 sessions spanning from February to September, Tom will lay out his methods for crop rotations, min-till, intercropping, weed control, and much more. This is the first time a course like this has been available through NOTS.

In addition to live, in-person, and online tuition, the course includes three invaluable visits to Tom’s farm in Co Cork where you will see the methods in action. This is an incredible opportunity to learn about high-level cereal growing from an organic perspective.
