Ice Cream Making Master Class

NOTS has teamed up with the award-winning Fantastic Flavours Ice Cream Parlour in Youghal to provide an in-depth, 3-day Ice Cream Making Master Class in October – taught by Miceál O’Hurley.

This practical, hands-on course will take place on-site in Cork at Fantastic Flavours, where Miceál, Oksana and the team have turned their premises into one of the most talked-about ice cream operations in the country.

With four classroom modules taught over two days and a full day of practical work, this course is ideal for anyone who is looking to develop their own in-house, handmade ice cream making operation.

The course would also be of particular benefit for dairy farmers and those who want to gain knowledge in the processing of milk into ice cream or frozen yoghurt. Micéal will also be advising trainees on significant, low-cost setup options.

Course Dates: October 15th, 16th & 17th (Tuesday – Thursday)
