Join Blathnaid Bergin for this 6 weeks intensive course and learn everything you need to know from paying your taxes properly to how to maximise your sales of wines and craft beers. The course runs in two week blocks with one week intervals to allow you to catch up and do some practical research and ‘homework’. The course comprehensively covers trends, new ideas that work, following fashions without getting caught in a continuous spending loop to keep up. It also provides the opportunity to learn from some of the best in the business.
