Clare based Nutritional Therapist Colette McMahon returns with her popular long term course Nutrition 4 Life which will take place in Bohatch, East Clare, situated in the picturesque Slieve Aughty hills with panoramic views of Lough Derg, located on the River Shannon over the winter months 2018 – 2019 in which she hopes to educate and inspire people about the fundamental principles of ‘true food’. In its third year, this course gives you the opportunity to spend five weekends with an experienced Nutritional Therapist, dedicated to providing you with an intimate learning experience which encompasses health & nutrition in a practical, hands-on way.
Participants will learn about the 4 Pillars of Nutrition – Fats, Proteins, Carbohydrates and Superfoods – and how a balance of all 4 types of food will make excellent health a real possibility. Participants will also gain an in-depth understanding of the positive and negative effects of nutritional choices and how thye impact on our digestion and vitality, which seriously effects our everyday lives.
Course Venue:
The venue is situated in the picturesque Slieve Aughty hills with panoramic views of Lough Derg, located on the river Shannon.
Course Duration:
The course is made up of five weekends, running over a period of five months, which allows for personal implementation of the course material. The course runs Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Full Price €1250.00 per person less 25% Skillnet funding if eligible which leaves the cost at €937.50pp payable directly to NOTS. Please note a fresh and delicious 4 course set lunch will be served daily, with tea and refreshments included throughout the day.
