The Business of Pub Food - First time Food Operators 6 days course

 

The National Organic Training Skillnet (NOT) in conjunction with "The Business of Food" wish to offer members of the Vintners Federation of Ireland the opportunity to avail of this excellent training at a reduced price.

If you are a publican who would like to add food to your licenced premises but are wary of the implications or not familiar with the Business of Food, this course is for you, from ordering right through to service, systems, structures and organization is the key. This course will guide you through the pros and cons of food serving giving helpful tips on establishing a successful food service enterprise that complements your current business.
